"Impossible to get a hold of Alba. I’ve called multiple times and went straight voicemail. My insurance payment keeps going up. The payment started at 130 and now it’s up to 205. I have no tickets on my driving records and no accidents. I’m not sure how they are justifying the price hikes. I’ll be looking somewhere else. If Alba replies to this one star review it’ll be ironic considering she doesn’t answer her phone. She only cares about her brand!"
